We are Tracy Roden and Lyndsey Shelley. Between us, we bring over 50 years of business support and operational experience, having worked alongside entrepreneurs, consultants, directors and CEOs across a wide range of industries. That depth of experience means we understand how to adapt quickly and deliver support at a senior level.
Rodelle began when we each stepped away from corporate roles to build something more flexible and personal. What started with one client each quickly grew through referrals and long-term relationships. As the businesses we supported expanded, so did the complexity of their operational needs.
It became clear that founders didn’t just need additional hands — they needed structured, reliable operational support that could grow with them. Rodelle was built to meet that need.
